Sylvian Breakfast Blend Coffee

Named after our founder’s home town, Sylvian Breakfast is a blend of Brazilian, Honduran and Nicaraguan coffees. We roast this blend to a light-medium Agtron level #60.  A breakfast coffee that’s easy to drink all day if you’re inclined.  Tasting Notes: Black Cherry, soft citrus followed by milk chocolate finish
