Sumatran Coffee

This coffee comes from the Ketiara CO-OP near Takengon highlands in the Aceh province of Sumatra.  Volcanic soil, high elevations and the famous Sumatran wet-hull process produce the classic earthy, peaty full-bodied cup.   Tasting Notes:  Chocolate, marzipan, clove.
