White tea, known as Pai Mu Tan, or White Peony, is famous for its fine floral aroma.  This exclusive tea is harvested by hand and only the buds and first 2 tender leaves are used.  

Due to its delicacy, the infusion of white tea oxidizes quickly, so we recommend drinking within 2 hours of preparation.     Low Caffeine
